I breastfead my last daughter for a year.... my last impression was nothing but positive. So I knew I would be breastfeeding this time as well.... only I guess I forgot how hard it really is in the beginning. I was starting to get discouraged but I had to think back to everything that I absolutely love about it.... needless to say I'm not so discouraged anymore...

The beginning is super hard.. That's why so many ppl quite and I almost did but I'm so glad I stuck it out I love breastfeeding

@hamman13 that's so true the beginning is the hardest. I just set small goals for myself by the time 6 weeks came I knew I wasnt going to stop. Thank You tho and Great job to you as well.... its the best feeling isn't it.

what was the hardest the pain ? I'm about to be in two days and trying to mentally prepare cuz i don't wanna give up

@livd15 If u learn how to latch properly the pain is a little less painful and once your milk comes in u can use it instead of nipple cream. But to me the commitment is the hardest. The first few months its like you are confined to the sofa feeding, all night, and day. Unless u pump no one can really help you. And if u have a baby like my last daughter pumping won't matter bcuz she didn't take the bottle anyway. You just have to be mentally prepared for the commitment. Nothing can prepare u for that.

bla ya that is tough. it's like I just spent ten months chained and then ur still chained. but its absolutely the best thing for them and I'll keep my mind strong
