
Just got my Miss Belt. Giving myself until Monday to eat like crap and then I'm going hard on change to eat better.



I haven't wore it too much but this coming week I'm going to really start working out so I'm going to try to wear it for most of the day or just when I'm working out.
I got mine 2 weeks ago!! I need to start eating better so that the wrap actually starts to do something for me. lol
I can't work out yet but I'm gonna start at least trying to wear this more and more
