Anyone else have an anterior placenta? Found out I did from an ultrasound. Not sure if there is anything I should be concerned about because I haven't Googled it, to spare myself an anxiety attack. If you know anything about it, please let me know!

I looked it up for you and read through it to make sure it wasn't anything awful. Basically you won't feel baby's movements as much as if the placenta was behind him or her http://www.whattoexpect.com/pregnancy/ask-heidi/anterior-placenta.aspx the only serious issue would be if the placenta was low and covering your cervix

I know how it is to be worried about something with your baby and be afraid to google it. Googling pretty much gets you no where but stressed most days lol

There's absolutely nothing to be worried about with an anterior placenta. I had one too and it just means you feel less movement in the beginning of the pregnancy but in the end you feel everything, trust me.

I have an anterior placenta as well and have not felt less movement throughout my pregnancy at all. It's different for some women. But don't worry.
