ugh I don't understand girls. there's this girl I know she just had her baby a month ago and she just started waist training and she's not doing it properly at all. she went on amazon and bought her trainer which is fine but it doesn't fit her properly and its lose on her so she's starting off with the second hook and I was trying to explain to that she shouldnt be on the second hook on her first day and that must mean its big on her but she doesn't listen and then she says she sucked in her stomach to get it to the second hook and your not supposed to do that and I'm just trying to help her out and even sent her a link on how to start waist training but she doesn't care so I gave up . you can't help someone who doesn't want to be helped
