When did you mommas start working out after having your baby? My doctor told me no sex or tampons till 6 weeks but didn't say anything about exercise. I didn't tear or have an episiotomy or anything. I really want to start doing light exercises.

With my second c section I worked out 5 days after .. But I worked out throughout my pregnancy

I wasn't cleared till 10 weeks PP but I had a 3rd degree year and two pulled muscles
