Migraines, what do you guys do for them?! I usually have a headache everyday. I work at a doctors office, and have bright lights and computers - is there anything I can do? 🤕😔

just tylenol love. caffeine. check if it's sinuses too. you can always take benadryl

Ugh 😞 I might take some Benadryl, and see if I can sleep better and see if that helps me! Thanks @jashmen
