it can be, But that's once you start getting into tools, calligraphy and things.... you can find stickers and things at the dollar stores too, keeps costs down

hobby lobby is awesome! idk of you have a Michaels, but they have good stuff too. I'd recommend starting simple.... find a book you like, I like the big 12x12, and you can buy packs of different colors and patterns of paper, stickers, accents, all that is usually around the same isle. I also got shaped scissors, those add a cool look to pictures.
That's exactly what I want to do!! I wanted to go shopping for stuff tonight to start making one for daughter sophia. is hobby lobby a good place to get stuff to get started? What supplies and stuff should I get to start? @babycasey
