(To mommies of preemie babies who are home from the NICU)

my 31 weeker has a nasty cold (has been tested for RSV and it was negative) ..her nose is all stopped up and icky and she sounds miserable trying to breathe through it :( .. I try to keep it suctioned and use saline spray-vicks on the bottom of her feet-and the head of the crib elevated

any other tips/tricks? they would be greatly appreciated, it's so nerve wracking :(
