I love that I can share these moments with someone lmao. Unfortunately I live with my parents and my brothers room is right next to mine so I couldn't just run to my room naked. Pads and panty liners have the same risk of causing infection you're better off using panty liners with how often you should change them unless there's a lot of discharge and be sure to change them about as often as you use the bathroom or make a special trip to the bathroom to change it if you feel or can easily see the discharge. <- this is what my doctor told me when I asked about wearing pads because the "wet" feeling of discharge is so disgusting I was changing my underwear every time there was any (like 4 times a day lol) I hate peeing and going to pull my underwear up and the cold feeling of the discharge just ew.
your welcome! I was worried about it too, and that made me feel better too! and I also wear pantie liners I just make sure to change them often so it doesn't cause an infection if it's possible to get one!

I went to the doctor today and they asked me about my discharge... she told me that discharge is our body's way of protecting the uterus in a way.. and that's it's perfectly normal as long as it clear or creamy white in color and doesn't have an off putting smell!
pads helped me with my 1st it was nasty sometimes just pray
