Tons of fresh vegetables, raw if possible, but you can cook them - just go light on salt and butter, or saute in olive oil. When you boil vegetables, they can lose their nutritional value. Fruits, lots of them, however you can get them in - in smoothies, in cereal, in yogurt, by themselves, you can even throw them in salads. Whole grains in breads, pastas - whole grain and whole wheat are different from a package of bread that just says "wheat". Its basically fake wheat; it doesn't have rhe wheat germ in it. You want the whole wheat or whole grain. Tons of water, seltzer water, soarkling water, whatever you can handle. Low fat or fat free dairy, and lean meats.
Protein such as turkey meat chicken red meat is not very good for you. Lots of veggies . eggs (no yoke) in the morning with fruit for snacks granola yogurt apples with peanut butter or carrots with hummus
