@kaylalee201, it's not a prescription. but def mention it to your doctor. you can go to any store. with a vitamin area and get them. I went to Walmart and got a big bottle it wasn't even five bucks. but it's helping good luck!

3 1/2 months old or almost 2 months corrected ! Now he's 9lbs 9oz !!

2 days old he was born at 3lbs 7 oz and he went down to 2lbs 10 oz !

None at all he's 100% !! I will post a then and now picture !! It's an emotional roller coaster ride in the NICU but he will get there !! Here if you need to talk !!

he was born at 34 weeks. @lyanpham and @mommyofmisters did he have any complications?

Precious !! My little one was born early at 32 weeks weighing 3lbs 7 oz we spent 45 days in the NICU but got to come home Sept 20th ! He's doing amazing he's thriving he's 9lbs 9oz !!

my doctor told me to take -Fenugreek 3pills every eight hours. for my milk supply for my preemie :) (is not what is on the bottle) not even a week old and I've gotten well over enough for a month
