its soo embarrassing! its literally just on the whole right side of my face :( and my ear is kinda swollen. im debating weather to go to the dr or not :/

DO NOT SCRATCH!! It could be PUPPPS, which is Pruritic Uticarial Papules and Plaques of Pregnancy. If you scratch, it is likely to spread, granted it should go away after you give birth, but it isn't very pretty and it can leave scars.
