teething tablets! those are life savers! they also sell these little mesh things at the store, you can put some ice chips or frozen fruit in it and let her chew on it. it'll help a little!
I'm not sure you could try it. just make like an Oz or 2 of formula and put it in a baggie get the air out then in a bigger zip lock put some ice with salt in it and the milk bag and shake it up for like 3 min. it it gets to hard run it under warm water and massage it stir it around and it'll look kinda like ice cream

I haven't experienced this yet but I made breastmilk ice cream the other day I'm going to use it when she's teething
