Question for the breast feeding mommies:
So I'm probably going to have a glass of wine at thanksgiving dinner, if I don't feel a buzz from the alcohol is it okay to feed my son or should I pump and dump?

In my breastfeeding class they said one is perfectly fine and its best to even drink it while feeding because it doesn't go automatically to your breast and you know you won't need to feed baby for a couple hours after it just doesn't look to great ha
if your good enough to drive and walk and think straight your good to breastfeed
You can always get the test strips to see if the level of alcohol is enough to effect baby. But I'm sure it'll be okay if you have one glass
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I had a glass of wine last night and breastfed. Totally fine :) safe to drive safe to feed
