You never know. We only had a few newborn outfits and my little one came 5 weeks early. She's almost 2 months and still wears newborn so we had to buy more. However my nephew was born 4 weeks before her and he wears 3-6 months already lol

you never know how big they will be so only get a few at first you can always buy more if you need to!

I had a crap ton and some barely got worn once. I'd have more 0-3 month to be on the safe side. plus if baby is early or tiny you can always buy more.
