Has anyone eaten cold cuts in their pregnancy?

I have but I threw them in the microwave. Does that count? Lol

Yes. And the Angel of Death hasn't smote me yet. I was craving deli sandwiches from week 18 to around 24. I just went to places where I knew the meat was fresh every day.

I guess. I mean like cold... I just had bologna rn. I've had like total of 6 cold cut sandwiches throughout my pregnancy.

Yea in the beginning and I was so sick. You really shouldn't tho

I have, Subway, Publix deli sandwiches all of it & none was heated 😳

yes all the time and I don't. heat up my meat!!!

i eat probably 2 a week 😒 but baby is healthy. you just gotta make sure its fresh. the chances of you actually getting sick from it are slim

I'm not trying to make it a habit but as a treat I like to eat cold cuts. Same with caffeine I barley consume any so when I do it's once ina blue

I eat cold sub's from jimmy johns but I keep it at a minimum.but I always heat up my meats of I purchase lunch meats

I pretty much lived off ham and cheese sandwiches my first trimester and the end prt of my second. If i ate it from a deli i made sure it was a reputable one in my area.

Okay I feel a lot better where I get my cold cuts is a fresh farmers market 👌
