Ok mommies what helps u sleep at night??

When I was pregnant I could never sleep, my doctor recommended Benadryl!

yup I take Benadryl and half the time I can't sleep no matter what I do.

I don't sleep at night. But usually something warm

I heard it wasn't good to take benadryl

I use unisom, it's non habit forming... I had a problem with prescription sleeping pills for a while in high school so I refuse to take anything stronger. unisom is safe for pregnancy when benadryl doesn't work

they told me to take benadryl for nausea and vomiting.

tylenol pm. my doctor said it was fine to take when im hurting at night and cant sleep
