I have three friends who just had their babies in the last few months (it must have been a romantic few months in Houston 7-10 months ago lol). Seeing each of the pictures makes me so excited to meet my son, but anxious at the same time. Not scared to be a mom exactly, not anxious for the challenges to come, just genuinely and constantly vulnerable. If anything were to happen, and I couldn't hear him cry or hold him, I don't know what I'd do. My mother calls it the true change when you become a mom - when you realize you're forever vulnerable because of the great love you have for this little person. FTM learning curve I guess haha :)
