If they do I think they just clear them out as best they can and then give them antibiotics. I know my best friend's baby sister had inhaled some meconium and that's what they did with her.
My oldest poop while they were doing my c section and he ate just a little they had to clean me out and him and with my second baby boy he had just poop while they were doing the c section and he stop breathing smh
your discharge won't look clear or like "bloody" it'll kinda look like tar, like babies first poop I don't know if that's a 100% way to know. don't take castor oil it'll increase babys chance of pooping in you

I don't think you know until they come out or if your water breaks and they can see poop in it.
