So annoyed, the lady doing my vitals today didn't know how to use the damn scale, she had me stand on the scale and set it to a number then said that's how much I weigh knowing damn well that arrow was all the way down and not centered. There's NO way I went from 160 last Friday to 172 today. She didn't even adjust it to make it centered.
