What do you do on Friday when you know you'll have to work on Saturday? Omelette y'all guess 👎🏾I know, bad joke. I make a hideous omelette because I refuse to use nonstick cookware but boy does it taste great. I used leftover grilled zucchini and yellow squash and leftover sautéed kale with tomato and onion, added a little (ok, a lot) of extra sharp cheddar and the heavens opened. Also got my cup of homemade hot chocolate (with two blonde roast coffee ice cubes added because baby may not like coffee but mommy does!) and of course my Dhealthstore pregnancy nutrition kit!
