so everytime ii go to sleep i wake up all sweaty this needs to stop

I had night sweats for the first time last night, and it was awful. I finally turned my heaters on yesterday, woke up last night soaked in sweat, and had to turn them off. :\

Must be something about sleeping I've been waking up that way too 🔥

i can't even turn the heat on after its been on for 2 mins I'm complaining about how hot it is lol @mam_a7x i even slept wit the fan on window open and still kept waking up in a sweat i told my boyfriend i dont know how people sleep in pajamas cause its just too hot and right @just9monthsx3 I'm ready to pass this phase cause everytime i wake up sweaty im just all grumpy lol

I've been doing that too. I slept with the fan on last night as well. I have gotten to the point of changing my clothes in the middle of the night. lol.

im too lazy and sore to keep changing lol i got to the point where i have to sleep in my panties and bra and still have to wake up in the middle of the night to take showers @montanamomma_2015 and it actually be freezing in my room and i still wake up sweaty i don't get it
