So glad I have back therapy tmrw afternoon to help with my pain. Baby girl Is definitely getting ready to come to this world my hips and lower back are killing me now more than ever!!!

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.

I'm scared. I was cleaning the litter box and I fell backwards and pulled my back and twisted my knee. my back hurts bad and I'm 3 months pregnant. should I go to the hospital?
