it does help I only drink one cup a day when I need extra to pump

Yup! I brew a bunch in a pitcher and keep it in the fridge. Add a bit of honey and lemon and sometimes some fresh fruit and drink it as iced tea.

I only use sugar in it when I was you get I put honey and sugar bit the taste grew on me so I only add a little sugar now

my friend used it but hated the taste, apparently it tastes like licorice.
