Okah so I drank last night, whiskey, a good amount of it. I Googled about pump and dumping just to make sure I'm doing it right and it said that if you are sober there is no more alcohol in your milk and you don't need to dump your milk. is this true?

I would probably do it at least once more but then you should be good.
Yep! The alcohol doesn't get "trapped" in your milk. If you drank last night and don't still feel buzzed this morning, you should be fine. If there's ever a need to "pump&dump;" it's if you're engorged WHILE you're drinking, and just need to relieve some pressure!
