c section mama's: normal for incision site to be really sore on day 4? I have stitches, not staples. so far when midwife checks incision she said it looks good. I felt like yesterday and today it is more sore than before but maybe because it's healing? no discharge or redness..Looks good to me when I look at it but just wondering if it's normal to be even more sore than day 1. thanks :)

exactly its hurts quite a bit until you start walking around.. but also don't push yourself too hard .
btw you have a beautiful family 💙

whew ok good. it's better now.. the worst is when I stand up.. once i start moving it's ok. thanks!  @lizabeth @ev14

its normal.. I've had two done already and i find that the first time was far worse than the second time and healing takes a while .
even after a full year my incision site was still healing if that makes any sense

I find mine hurt more later on then in the beginning & I had no problems with it :) Hopefully your recovery is going well!!
