I do love the way people say you will know when your in labour and having contractions well I will be honest I didn't know and my pains weren't that severe till I was fully dilated I'm sure everyone has different pain levels

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.

How do you know if you are dilated? Does your water have to break so you can be dilated? I'm 38 weeks and I still don't feel labor stuff lol

Idk what to do at this point. I'm hurting a lot I have so much pain and pressure in my vagina and ass. My back is hurting me and I'm having contractions every 2-3 minutes. Everytime I go to the hospital they send me home. I'm in so much pain I'm crying with full blown tears now. I can not take it anymore my next appointment is Wednesday and my due date is Saturday.
