is it normal to be short of breath? I feel like I can't catch my breath for the life of me!!! 😢

Yes happen to me all the time, almost everyday. I am not worried tho

@skmamaof3, if it's anxiety that doesn't stem from pregnancy....
That's not the only reason why, @mrsschutte1323 that was one of my symptoms before I took a test. But that was only if I was doing something, @keannamarie1 if you're experiencing that when you're sitting still, that's not normal. Do you have anxiety??
Yea idk if that's normally at 6 weeks.... Maybe bring that up to your doctor... The shortness of breath comes from the baby growing and being big and kinda pushing on your lungs
just try and focus on,something. otherwise your gonna panic and ha e an anxiety attack. maybe put a fan on you and just relax. you'll be just fine. @keannamarie1
@keannamarie1, that's one way I knew I was pregnant before I even took a test. Couldn't even walk up the staircase to my bedroom without gasping for air 😕
it's so hard for me to breath, like this is soooooo terrible
but i,didn't experience the out of breath until I reached 23 24 weeks.
