So, I'm the bad guy. 😠

My mom has never believed in doctors, never took proper medical care of me when I was little, and I ended up with strep more times than I could count. Doctor reccomended I get my tonsils out numerous times, my mom never listened. As an adult, I have golf ball sized tonsils now and deal with issues EVERY SINGLE DAY. They don't work properly because of the numerous infections Ive had, so I get sick a lot. Well, my daughter, who lives with my mom, has had a UTI for over a week, and an ear infection. My mom kept refusing to take her to be seen. I just called her and sort of went off on her for the fact that shes being negligent towards her health. She needs antibiotics!!! IDC if she is 16, she is NOT an adult! Take her to the damn ER until her insurance kicks in! Good Lord, how freaking hard is it? So now she's mad at me, and my daughters mad because she didnt wanna go because she hates doctors and needles and now my mom is feeding her head with bs about hating medical everything...and Im the bad guy. Unbelievable! I sat here and cried for 20 minutes but at least I know shes at the ER now, being taken care of. Damn....why do they have to make me feel like a bad mom???? If wasnt 1400 miles away I would have brought her myself! Don't get me wrong, my mom is a fantastic mother, she just never got it together in terms of getting proper medical care...shes way too old school.
