21weeks 4day... Im experiencing shaking in my left hand along with weakness. Have never had this before. What do you think could be going on??? Thanks in advance

I had shakiness and weakness and was told it was bc my blood sugar was low . What I learned to do is to sit down and not get up too fast and eat a hard candy

The weakness could be carpal tunnel related but the shaking sound like low blood sugar.
