omg so I just rolled out of bed to take a hot bath and as soon as I stood up I got the WORST Charlie horse in my right calf ever...I haven't had one my entire pregnancy...it was so bad I fell to the floor crying 😱😱😱😭😭😭😭 now my calf hurts so bad

@babybump3, I had my first one about a week ago.. and was in tears too.. slumped on the ground.. my calf muscle is still sore; feels kinda like working out for the first time in a long time and days after your muscle hurts.

I got a few a couple of months ago while i was sleeping. Keep hydrated mommas, that pain was enough to remind me to drink plenty of water and have some food with potassium in it.
