yep, sometimes I'd get so lost in thought (I do that when I get anxious, its like my mind goes vacant and I'm staring into space like a zombie and sway a bit back and forth) but a few good nights sleep and some time doing some things I liked (video games, reading, listening to music) helped me but everyone is different
Yes mine was so bad I had to contact my OB. She put me on anti depressants said they work well for anxiety too. Have only been on for a week so haven't really felt the change yet.
