Anyone try Evening Primrose Oil or Nipple Stimulation To Naturally Induce Labor & HOW DID IT WORK…

I haven't tried personally, but I heard that pumping will bring on labor!

With my daughter we had sex and did nipple stimulation and it worked a few hrs later went to hosp and was at 5 cm @elliebelly

@mrugg, how exactly do you do the nipple stimulation? For how long and do you pull on them? Squeeze them? Twist them? Pinch them? Lol I don't understand the whole concept of it

I can't remember how long we did it for I think until I started contracting good. I had him suck on them rub and pull squeeze but not to hard. We did a lot of 4 play. Hope that helps @elliebelly
