Can you die your hair while prego

My obgyn said after the first trimester it's fine. there is no proof that it causes harm to your baby. even in the first trimester. but the first trimester is the high risk trimester so you have to be careful with everything.

I did and I'm due any day now with a healthy baby boy.

I did while I was a little bit over 20 weeks. Make sure you tell your hairdresser. Mine wouldn't do it until I was in my 2nd tri and even then it isn't guaranteed that the color will stay. Thank you pregnancy hormones.

Of course there's nothing that says it does any harm other than breathing in the chemicals. That's the only reason they say not to.

I have with both my children, several times. if you get it done professionally tell your hairdresser, if you do it at home be in a well ventilated area.

So basically just be in a seriously ventilated area. Like if you can smell the hair die it's not ventilated enough. And if it's box dye I suggest using nice and easy because there's very little odor :)

yes i died mine , but id wait intell 2nd trimester , an make sure its plenty of air flow i did mine outside.
