I pumped for two weeks but my supply wasn't increasing so I quit and the pain is horrible

A week for me. I lived in super tight sports bras, and they never hurt at all. I also only showered twice that week because I heard the stimulation from the water could trigger you to produce more. So, I avoided it.

Oh my. Two weeks of pain😬

For me it took about a month for the milk to completely dry up. The pain went away around 2 weeks though. :o
