If you get a real steel boned waist training corset it's probably not going to be really comfortable, especially on a post partum body. The one I have is like $17 at walmart and does fine, I got it in like 2 sizes smaller. You don't want one that's going to be super uncomfortable because then you aren't going to want to wear it at all.

I just bought one at Walmart, a regular belly band type thing, and I wore it after I got home since they press on your belly so much I didn't want to wear it in the hospital in case I'd have to take it off for that.

The one the hospital had wasn't tight enough. I ended up buying just a spanx type thing. This time I'm gonna buy that as seen on tv thing lol

Some hospitals offer it , I would ask first before you go buying!!!
