Just in case anyone wants an AMAZING lactation bar recipe, here ya go!!! These are (excuse my French) FUCKING FANTASTIC 😍😍😍 And the combo of oats and the Brewers Yeast really did help my supply increase!!! 😘 (Although eating an entire pan of these in a week definitely also increased my waist size!!! Hahahahaha) 😂😂😂😂😂

Salty caramel bars

Ingredients

1 cup butter

1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup light brown sugar

2 eggs

1½ cups flour

1 cups finely crushed pretzels

1 tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda

3 cups rolled oats

1 (14 oz) can of sweetened condensed milk, minus ½ cup)

1 (11oz) bag of caramels, unwrapped

2 tsp vanilla

1 cup milk chocolate chips

1 cup chopped cashews

1 tsp coarse sea salt

BREWERS YEAST

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°

Line a 15x10x1 inch pan with foil.

With your electric mixer beat butter and sugars together.

Add eggs and vanilla until incorporated.

On low speed add in your pretzels and flour, baking soda and salt.

Slowly mix in your oats.

Set aside 1 cup of your batter.

Press remaining batter into prepared pan.

(Sprinkle Brewers Yeast on top of this layer. You can put as much as you'd like because the sweetness of the bars totally drowns out any sort of bitter taste you'll get from the yeast, but beware, it makes you gassy!!! You can also sprinkle some on top of the bars as well, completely your choice!).

In medium saucepan combine your caramels and sweetened condensed milk over medium heat until caramels are melted and mixture is smooth.

Pour caramel on oat batter.

Sprinkle the cashews, chocolate chips and remaining oat batter on top.

Sprinkle your coarse sea salt evenly over top.

Bake for 20-2 minutes until top starts to golden.

Remove from oven and cool on wire rack.

When cool lift bars from pan with foil and cut.

Made some delicious blueberry bliss bars for the kiddos! This is a favorite recipe of ours. It sneaks in a lot of good fats into their bodies while they think they are getting a treat. 2 cups coconut butter 2 cups blueberries 1/4 cup maple syrup Blend and pour into a parchment paper lined pan. I use an 8x8 Pan. But you can use a 9x13 if you want thinner squares.

If you guys have leftover baby food your baby won't eat... make baby pancakes! I just made a ton for Orion and I'm going to freeze them. Recipe: 1 cup oats 1 jar baby food 1 egg 1/4 cup milk 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Cinnamon to flavor it wanted. Blend oats to make a flour consistency, then combine all the ingredients. If you want it thinner, add more milk. Then cook on griddle or pan! If you want to freeze them, place on baking pan until frozen then stack and put in freezer bag. Grab morning of and stick in the toaster to warm! Easy.
