Found this recipe for a lactation boosting chocolate peanut butter banana smoothie on Pinterest so I prepped all the dry ingredients into little bags that I can just grab, throw into my nutribullet, and add the wet ingredients to blend and enjoy- any steps to make things easier is much appreciated these days lol!

Will it help me cause I have a two months old baby I take everything they tell me but I don't get enough coming in I do formula as well but I think the baby is throwing it up the formula
