Maternity leave

Sorry ladies if this has already been asked but when are you guys going on maternity leave? I was thinking about working all the way up until my due date but with my work schedule, I may take it earlier

need suggestions....

So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.

Paternity leave

How much time did your S/O take off of work when you had a baby? Luckily I live in California so we have 6 weeks paid paternity leave (55%), but my S/O is getting s*** at work for taking 4 weeks. It's honestly infuriating that people are asking why he needs so much time off and "he's not going to be taking care of the baby the whole time". Umm it's called BONDING LEAVE. Wondering when I should take my maternity leave? I work full time still as a phlebotomist. Work is getting a lot harder to do. I am worried about finances if I go to early. How soon did you mommas take your leave?

All these people that moan about this hurts that hurts I bloody work all the time on my feet all flipping day litrley getting 2 mins to sit down all day and I servive think some people are just lazy ..plus I have a child an house to look after.
