lay on your back with a pillow propping you up a little bit. lay on side with a pillow between knees. take a warm bath. my doctor said I could use icy hot cream as long as I didn't let it touch my belly. I was around 24 weeks when my boyfriend popped my back for the last time :'( lol. I only let him pop the top of course but now I won't let him because the baby has gotten so big.
heating pad. warm shower. do,some stretches. maybe take some Tylenol for the pain.
I use a warm towel. Put it in the dryer for 45 mins or so, then take itnout, roll or fold it to your comfort, and put it on your back. I usually do it before I go to sleep or after a bath, when I can relax a bit.
blackmail your husband by telling him you don't feel like going out on thanksgiving if he doesn't massage lol
