Ladies I need advice I'm 30 weeks pregnant today and lately everytime I start to take a bite of food I get what feels like a terrible stomach down low but I don't have to use the bathroom it happens a lot when I wake up too. Is this normal?

@adalynnsmomma, even if you didn't have morning sickness in the first trimester you could still get it in the third. I never had bad nausea but now I get it a lot and have to take preggie pops to make it go away. I started feeling nauseous one night and the whole next day I felt awful
