I didn't bring anything. She had a binder/pens/etc if we wanted to take notes. My hubs loved the class. He liked knowing what to expect and how he could help!

Loved my natural birth class! We went over different options, positions, breathing, etc. it was so nice to be able to make educated and informed decisions and I feel that the hospital classes don't offer that!
