Question: So my girls had a little girls night out for me last night and I had a couple drinks. I'm a breastfeeding mom. I read that if you okay to drive then you are okay to breastfeed but to be on the safe side I haven't nurses my baby since last night before I went out. Is it okay for me to feed him now??? Or am I suppose to pump and dump??? Help.

yes you just need to wait for 2 hours per drink so if it was last night I are fine you don't even have to pump and dump unless you binge all night drinking lol feed the baby lol

They have milk testing strips. Not sure how accurate they are
