I've NEVER heard of that after 4 cm they have to admit you and you can refuse to leave just so you know.

Yikes I would stay! It can pick up so fast before you know it. I went from 4cm to 10cm within a couple hours and pushed my baby out within 30 mins. Didn't even know what hit me! He also wasn't far down, that's exactly what they told me too.

I'm already discharged and home! I only live about 10 mins from the hospital. hopefully I'll start feeling contractions and him dropping I'm a little scared that I won't realize I'm in labor considering I'm almost at a 7 and haven't felt anything.. but I'm glad to be home cause I hate hate hate hospitals!

I hate that we're going through the opposite thing my baby is sssoooo low but no bleeding watering breaking or dilation! Maybe I should walk for two hours! If you're more comfortable at home then that may help you relax a little but keep a close watch!!

lol I'll send you some dialation dust and you send me some baby lowering dust!! and ha I just walked random hallways at the hospital and would do 10 squats at each turn.. but ibwas at a 6 when I went in and left at a 6 1/2. I'm hoping he decides to drop and come out soon! idk what I can do besides walk and squats to get him to lower himself! @laprecious
