What are you guys thoughts on natural birth? With my 3 year old and 11 month old I was all for the…

I felt like it helped with my three year old but it didn't help so much with my one year old I felt everything and it made me sick too 😦

You feel everything. Once you pass the babies head, baby just slides out. I had had epidural vs natural. I thought I hated natural but I did heal a lot quicker. Not sure why but I did and I actually think back and am glad I got to experiance a natural birth. Not positive I'd do it all over again but I don't regret it. @mellowtash

I had a natural birth I loved it. I just let my body do the work and breathed. .

Thank you everyone for commenting... This is my 3rd pregnancy and I jus want to actually enjoy it. With my other pregnancies I feel I rushed them

@kmally, at what centimeter did it really begin to hurt?. I did not get the epidural with my other two until 5 in a half centimeters

honestly getting my iv put in. the pushing was so easy. when I got to the hospital I was 6cm dilated my doctor said If you could make it past 4cm without medication you can go all the way and that's what I did.

I honestly don't know. I was so focused on breathing through contractions and moving. I labored in the shower for quite awhile too which is where my water broke lol. It's "transition" where you feel like you can't do it any more but once you get past that (it doesn't last long!) then you're almost there! Translation usually means baby's super close. Lol.

@mellowtash, I went natural with both my children (not by choice lol) and I honestly once they start crowning and you start pushing it isn't that bad, but my hard labor was quick with both 4 hours with my 1st and 3 hours with my second and she came out in three pushes! With my daughter I already knew what to expect, I got to reach down and grab her myself, it was beautiful.

Omgosh! @cuety83 that's a beautiful story. I hope I have the same experience with you when it comes to the baby coming out. I know you said it wasn't by choice but it seems like it was a great outcome💖
