i had cramps like i was goin to start my period but my period never came

really so u think I can be pregnant

i had cramps all the time and no peroid and my lower back hurt and i had lots of craving and was eatting to much and lots of mood swings lol .

I thought my period was coming but it never did I was hurting so bad

so can that mean I can be pregnant
