what can we give a 7 week old baby for constipation?

For a baby that young there isn't much unfortunately :/ Bicycle lo's legs, massage the tummy, warm bath, etc. If you're bf you can also increase fiber in your diet to help lo.

I'm not bf . and I know I can't give her any kind of juice she's to young for that

a table spoon of dark Karo syrup in every bottle and warm the bottle, or oatmeal cereal in her morning bottle.

@prestonsmommy, we thicken my sons bottle because of reflux. Oatmeal will help him poop?

@princevince, yes. definitely. it gets extremely thick, but only do it once a day like his breakfast bottle. and I'd add a little Karo syrup to it too. my little boy got constipated really bad and Karo in every bottle with one oatmeal bottle and we warmed it 15 seconds in the microwave and he never had a problem. warming it just makes it easier to come out, since it will be so thick

He's not constipated. His bowel movements are soft. Very soft. He just gets so gassy and he only poops once like every 2 days. I'm not sure how long he would go if I didn't give him probiotics.

that isn't normal at all. he should poop at least once a day every single day. he needs something more. message me. @princevince
