It breaks it into trimesters and then into months with extra resources too for planning. It also asks a bunch of questions for you to answer and then a space for you to write letters to your baby. Plus pockets to keep mementos. @quintonswifey1

I've been using "The Bump-Pregnancy", I got mine at Barnes and Noble bookstore, but I'm sure you could order it too. I really like it @quintonswifey1
