Eww try to eat more veggies... I can't keep an iron pill down for the life of me. It hurts my stomach so bad then I throw it up..... Every single time

If they make you sick try taking them before bed. Do you take prenatal as well?

I'm anemic so have to to. Make sure you take on a full stomach they can make you feel so queasy and shaky other wise
