I really need to have a bowel movement...what laxatives are safe to take during pregnancy if any?

I don't know bout laxatives but you can call your doc n they will prescribe you meds to help. apple juice does wonders to get the poop going lol.

Not the stimulant ones. The others are okay - ex: fiber pills, Metamucil, etc.

eat green veggies and drink lots of apple juice...thats the natural way

call your ob. they will give you some stool softeners.
